About Us
Dr Emanuela Molinari, PhD, HCLD
Dr. Emanuela Molinari is a Licensed Laboratory and Tissue Bank Director in New York and New Jersey with over 20 years of hands-on experience in IVF laboratories. She holds national certifications as both a High-Complexity Clinical Laboratory Director (HCLD) and Embryology Laboratory Director (ELD) -credentials held by only a select group of experts in the U.S.
She is currently the Vice President of the Society of Reproductive Biologists Technologist (SRBT) for the year 2025-2026.
Dr. Molinari has led embryology programs at top fertility centers, developed laboratories from the ground up, and overseen thousands of IVF cycles. She founded Eggstraordinary Embryo to help patients make sense of their embryology results, ask the right questions, and approach their next cycle with clarity and confidence.
Outside the lab, Dr. Molinari cherishes time with her family, spoils her beloved 20-year-old cat Kiki, and enjoys the challenge and fun of playing water polo.
