1. Services Provided

Consultations provide educational insights only.
No medical diagnoses, prescriptions, or treatments are provided.

2. Scheduling & Payment

Appointments are booked through the online scheduler.
Payment is required at booking through secure processors (e.g., Stripe).
A 15-minute free consultation is available to assess fit.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund/credit.
Cancellations under 24 hours are non-refundable.
If I cancel, you will receive a full refund or reschedule option.

4. Privacy & Security

5. Limitation of Liability

Services are informational and educational only.
All medical decisions must be made with your treating physician.
I am not responsible for clinical outcomes, treatment choices, or IVF results.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, consultation notes, graphics, and materials are the property of Eggstraordinary Embryo and may not be reused or distributed without permission.
